Short description: General principles of design of experiment. Basic types and types of experiments. Development and interpretation of experimental results.
Full description: Circuits used for the experiments in biological experiments. Experiments multifactorial interactions. The experience of univariate and wieloczynnkowe with repeated measurements. Systems with a separate control group, hierarchical. Analysis of covariance models in single and multi-factorial. Inference based on contrasts. Orthogonal polynomials in trend analysis. The models double-cross classification. Systems Latin squares, Greek-łacińskiich, hyper-Graeco-Latin square Youden. Latin squares combined. Schemes and techniques sampling design. Errors experience. Precision experiences.

Learning outcomes: Knowledge: The student understands the theoretical basics of planning experience, their design and basic biological research methodology. He can define the purpose of the predicted measurements or experiments. It plans to run a series of measurements and experiments. He has knowledge of how to prepare the conclusions of the planned experiments and use them in practice. Assessment methods and assessment criteria: Completion of the course: students are obliged to complete exercises and exam in written form (5 questions out of 120 open-ended questions) the exam session. The test takes 30 minutes. In case the credit of lectures is not successful on the first date the student has the right to re-sit orally or in writing within a bugfix.
